1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using EventKick, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Use of Service
EventKick is a tournament management platform. Users may create accounts, register for tournaments, and manage tournament operations subject to these terms.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payments and Fees
Registration fees are processed through Stripe. EventKick charges a platform fee as disclosed at the time of transaction. All fees are non-refundable unless the tournament is cancelled by the organizer.
5. Limitation of Liability
EventKick is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during tournament events. Participation is at your own risk.
